Staining Hardwood Floors

Your hardwoods have been lightly sanded down to even, raw wood. At this time, any boards that were originally identified to have water, fire, termite or other substantial damage will be custom matched and replaced.

Sanding has been virtually dustless, with 99% dust-free equipment and industrial-grade HEPA filters and vacuums removing dust as it is generated. Surfaces are wiped clean and your wood is ready to stain.

You’ve likely already sat down with our team to choose from one of 50 signature stain swatches or have asked us to custom mix one for you. We will apply one or more stains to a small section of the raw wood for your approval. What you see is exactly what you get, something discerning homeowners and designers especially appreciate.
