I called Prosand to come out and fix two large scrapes that were put in my floor from moving my refrigerator. Prosand had to pull up the existing wood and replace it with new pieces of wood flooring due to the large dents and grooves received from sliding such a heavy object over unprotected wood. When the new flooring was put down it did not exactly match the older existing flooring. Prosand did an EXCELLENT job at sanding the entire floor and putting a new protective coating over it. After they were done, you could not tell where the replacement had been and my old existing floor shined and looked like new. Prosand is great for repair jobs or just refinishing your existing tired floor. All of this work was done while my family was on vacation. We did not want to be around to smell the chemicals that were needed to finish the job. Prosand was overwhelmingly professional, honest and stand by their work.

Refinished existing 2200 sf of red oak installed in 1951. Added 850 sf of new red oak and matched 50+ year old wood perfectly on the finish. I am a commercial contractor, but was in residential for 25 years prior. Pro Sand Hardwood Floor Company is the best in the city of Indianapolis. He gives you a great service at an honest price. He realizes it is a small city and work will be talked about with neighbors and family. Nice to find someone with old fashioned values and work ethic. You deal with the owner of the company, nothing is lost in the translation from sales to field guys.

Contractor refinished living room and dining room wood floors. They removed carpet, pad, staples and tack strips. They repaired and replaced part of wood floor that was missing.

I called the owner, Carl, who gave me a rough estimate over the phone. I asked him to come to the house and measure the rooms and give me a firmer quote. After he came to the house and gave me the quote, I signed the contract and he scheduled the work the next week. He told me I should remove my pets from the house because the smell of the epoxy would be too strong for them. The day of the work, he and his staff arrived at my home on time. They had my carpet and pad removed within an hour. He repaired and replaced the floor and started the sanding process. I was amazed how well he repaired the floor. It matched perfectly. They sanded and refinished the floor and it looks great. Pro Sand advertises as dust free and they lived up to it. I will hire him again when I am ready to refinish the three bedrooms and hallway.

Carl did a great job on our floors. Because we had a special width pattern and bevel, he had to match and special-order the wood. It blends perfectly with what was already here, and the refinished floors look wonderful.

Carl Padron came out at the day and time that was scheduled for the estimate, which was key because of our (my wife and I’s) work schedules. He was courteous of our time and explained the process in detail. He explained what stain colors would work for the floor and type of wood we had. What sold us on the job was that he took the time to show stain colors on our actual floor, so that we could see what it looked like on our actual floor, not just some sample in a book.

Overall he showed up at the time and date that we agreed upon, and was finished in the alloted time he had originally proposed in the estimate. What impressed us most was that it was truly dust-free. Upon him leaving the residence, there was no dust residue in any other part of the house, which solidified in our minds that we had made the right choice.

They were on time, very professional, did a very good job- the floors looked like new. They even went above and beyond and sanded and stained quarter round and several baseboards(right by floor that was nicked) without being asked and did not charge extra. There was virtually no dust. They were done in one day because they use commercial grade materials verses other companies quoting 3-4 days. They even supplied cleaning materials x 1 year and guaranteed their work x 5 years. Other companies refused to do that. I would highly recommend them. They were done exactly on time too. They were about the same price as other quotes I got.
